Louisville Wedding Photographer | Nicole and Dreamy Ben's Palace Theatre Wedding

So, you're probably wondering why I named the groom Dreamy Ben in the title of this blog post....

The morning of the wedding, I was asking Nicole about her soon to be husband while Chris Avery of Scissors, Rock, Paper Salon was doing her hair and makeup, as I had not gotten a chance to meet him yet. The way she talked about him was so sweet, so we teased her a little and started referring to him as 'Dreamy Ben (He's a pilot, by the way)'. It stuck. The rest of the day, everyone in the wedding party called him
'Dreamy Ben'. :)
This was a glorious wedding. The bridal party got ready at the Palace Theatre, and held the ceremony at St. James Catholic church off Bardstown Rd. in Louisville, Ky. We went to her family's residence for the formal pics both before the wedding with individual bridal parties and then after the wedding with the couple's dog, Daphne. The reception was held at the amazingly gorgeous Louisville Palace Theatre in downtown Louisville. That can be a tricky venue to photograph with all the warm colors, and it's a bit dark. With my experience, I was able to light it perfectly for this romantic wedding reception. We also provided wedding video service, so get ready, the video will be coming soon! Nicole probably had one of the most gorgeous bouquets I've ever seen... so look out for pics of that! With the help of Maggie at Weekend Wedding Warrior, this wedding was a huge success!

... also, there is a really hilarious pic towards the end of this blog post, so be sure to scroll through all the pics and check it out!

Congrats to the Nicole, my beautiful ballerina Bride, and her dreamy Ben. I wish you all the best!

A big thank you to all the other vendors who made this day so beautiful!

So the pic below... Two guys thought it would be funny to recreate the photo the bride and groom had taken in the photo booth. Kisses and all!
