The pandemic of 2020 / 2021 completely changed the wedding industry. 2021 had the wedding vendors flooded with misplaced Covid brides, and I took on more weddings than I ever have. I'm grateful for all my amazing couples, but man it was a lot of work! Thankfully I have the best clients and everyone was super great to work with.
Because of the restrictions at the time, we had an over abundance of 'micro weddings' and backyard events.... and I gotta tell ya, I AM HERE FOR THEM! It's been so nice to shake things up and get out of the normal idea of what a wedding is supposed to be like!
This was a cozy, intimate wedding hosted by our lovely couple on their newly purchased property in Oldham county, Kentucky.
The night ended with a spectacular firework show that all the neighbors got to enjoy!
I even got my own personalized cup! :)
Little man stole the show while I was trying to capture a sweet candid moment between the newlyweds... but it's okay, he's adorable. LOL
